Report breaks down effectiveness of association PACs A new report released today finds that associations spend 44 cents on fundraising operations for each dollar contributed to their political action committees. The 2011-2012 Trends in Business Political Action Committees report examined various aspects of PACs run by associations and corporations, from their average contributions from donors to the best time of year to raise funds.
